Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers insists that he is not concerned by Luis Suarez's upcoming one-match ban.

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has insisted that he is not worried by Luis Suarez's upcoming one-match ban.

The Reds' top scorer will miss next weekend's Premier League trip to West Ham United after he picked up his fifth booking of the season during Saturday's 1-0 win over Southampton.

"I do still have people capable of getting goals," said Rodgers.

"I'm not going to lose sleep because he's not available. At least it means he will more than likely start now against Udinese. We'll be strong there."

Liverpool travel to Italy in their final Europa League group match on Thursday needing to avoid defeat in order to reach the next round.
