Leicester City end pursuit of Ipswich Town striker David McGoldrick?

Leicester City reportedly pull out of a possible move for Ipswich Town striker David McGoldrick.

Leicester City have reportedly pulled out of a move to sign forward David McGoldrick from Ipswich Town.

Reports emerged over the weekend that the Foxes were targeting a £5m+ move for the 26-year-old.

However, Ipswich's asking price of around £8m is thought have put off newly-promoted Premier League side Leicester, who have turned their attention to other targets.

Crystal Palace are now said to be considering a move for McGoldrick, with Ipswich interested in both Glenn Murray and former loanee Jonathan Williams as part of the deal.
