Leicester City's Kasper Schmeichel calms injury fears

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has dismissed speculation that he is facing a spell on the sidelines.

The 29-year-old limped out of a training session with his Denmark teammates this weekend amid reports that he had sustained a hamstring injury.

However, Schmeichel has moved to allay any fears regarding his availability, having stressed that his early exit was a mere "precaution".

Just to confirm: I have NOT withdrawn from the Denmark squad and i have NOT hurt my hamstring. I left training today as a precaution.
