Sports Mole rounds up the day's League Two action.

Gillingham have extended their lead at the top of League Two to eight points after they recorded a 1-0 win over Rotherham United.

They took full advantage of Port Vale failing to defeat Chesterfield, with the Stoke-based side drawing 2-2.

Northampton Town also failed to win their Easter Monday fixture, going down to a one-goal loss to Cheltenham Town, who close the gap on today's opponents to three points.

A late James Beattie goal denied promotion-chasing Burton Albion an important victory, with the former England international's equaliser earning Accrington Stanley a 3-3 draw.

Results in full: AFC Wimbledon 0-1 Barnet, Accrington Stanley 3-3 Burton Albion, Aldershot 3-2 Oxford United, Cheltenham Town 1-0 Northampton Town, Chesterfield 2-2 Port Vale, Dagenham & Redbridge 2-4 Bristol Rovers, Exeter City 1-2 Rochdale, Gillingham 1-0 Rotherham United, Morecambe 0-1 Wycombe Wanderers, Southend 1-1 Fleetwood Town, Torquay United 1-3 Bradford City, York City 2-0 Plymouth Argyle
