Marco van Ginkel has revealed that he is eager to learn at Chelsea following his recent move from Vitesse Arnhem.

The 20-year-old Dutchman is currently on tour with the Blues in Asia after signing a five-year deal on July 5.

"I think from [Jose Mourinho] you can learn everything," Van Ginkel told the club's official website. "He is one of the best in the world.

"I came from Vitesse, a small club. If you can go to Chelsea it's really good and I am very proud to be part of this team, and these players can [teach] me a lot. They are more experienced than me."
