Gary Cahill believes that Chelsea can end the season on a high by finishing in the top four of the Premier League and winning the Europa League.

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill is hopeful that the Blues can finish the season on a high.

The West London outfit, who clinched the Champions League trophy last May, can secure a place in the top four of the Premier League table as well as add Europa League honours to their trophy cabinet.

"Last season we had a great, strong finish, so let's hope we can do the same this year," the Daily Star quotes Cahill as saying. "We know what we have got to do from now until the end of the season.

"The top four is in our hands. We have to be confident we can do it. It's our target until the end of the season.

"We have got the Europa League as well, so it's going to be a big push from the players, and an important last few games."

Chelsea head into the semi-final second leg against Basel on Thursday with a 2-1 lead.
