Ademola Lookman signs new Charlton Athletic deal

Ademola Lookman has put an end to speculation about his future by signing a new contract at Charlton Athletic.

The 18-year-old has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs over recent months, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City.

However, the striker has now committed his future to The Valley until the summer of 2020.

"It's a great feeling to have signed. This club is very important to me and I'm very grateful for the chance Charlton have given me," he told the club's official website. "I wanted to repay my debt because I owe something to this club. Giving myself until 2020 is something I've wanted to do for a long time now. I'm pleased it's finally done."

Lookman joined the Addicks following a trial period in May 2014.
