Boavista come back from two goals down to clinch a 2-2 draw away at Vitoria de Setubal in their Primeira Liga clash at the Estadio do Bonfim.

Boavista have come back from two goals down to clinch a 2-2 draw away at Vitoria de Setubal in their Primeira Liga opener at the Estadio do Bonfim.

Andre Claro opened the scoring for the hosts in the 17th minute, before Ruca doubled his side's lead on the stroke of half time.

It appeared that the visitors had lost all hope when Idrissa Mandiang was sent off for a second bookable offence in the second half, but they managed to turn it around thanks to strikes from Afonso and Luisinho.

The result sees both sides end their first matchday in the top half of the Primeira Liga table.
