Karim Benzema: 'Real Madrid is my home'

Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema takes to Twitter to hit out at the "clowns" who have suggested that he is unhappy at the Bernabeu.

Karim Benzema has all but ruled out a move to Arsenal by claiming that he is happy at Real Madrid.

The France international is said to have been tracked by Arsene Wenger, who sees the striker as being the ideal man to lead his side's title charge.

After being left out of Madrid's opening squad of the season on Sunday evening, speculation over the former Lyon man's future intensified, with one report suggesting that a £50m bid could be made by Arsenal.

Benzema has taken to Twitter to effectively rule out a switch, though, while also hitting out at the "clowns" who suggested that he was unhappy at the Bernabeu.

Benzema has been at Real Madrid for six years, scoring 87 goals in 188 league appearances.
