Report: AC Milan in talks with Arsenal over Jack Wilshere deal

AC Milan have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere this summer.

The 25-year-old came through the youth system at the Emirates Stadium, and has made 159 appearances for the Gunners since debuting during the 2008-09 campaign.

However, a series of injuries over the years have curtailed Wilshere's career, and he spent last season on loan at Bournemouth, where he suffered a fracture of his leg in April.

Although Wilshere has recovered from his latest setback, he is not believed to be near the Arsenal first team at present and, according to Corriere dello Sport, the Rossoneri are in talks with the Gunners over a prospective deal.

West Ham United are also believed to be interested in the England international.
