Arsenal, Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey 'ruled out for a month'

Aaron Ramsey is expected to miss Arsenal's next two Premier League games, as well as Wales's opening qualifier against Moldova, after tweaking his hamstring.

Arsenal will reportedly be without midfielder Aaron Ramsey for the next month due to the injury sustained in Sunday's defeat to Liverpool.

The 25-year-old hobbled off the field on the hour mark clutching his hamstring, which is thought to have been aggravated after a lack of action since his exploits at Euro 2016 with national side Wales.

The Telegraph reports that Ramsey is now expected to miss the Gunners' meetings with Leicester City and Watford prior to the international break, as well as the Dragons' opening World Cup qualifier against Moldova in early September.

Arsenal also lost Alex Iwobi to injury in the 4-3 reverse at the Emirates Stadium, although the youngster tweeted after the game that he was hopeful his thigh strain was nothing too serious.
