WWE 'SmackDown' spoilers: Seth Rollins faces Dean Ambrose

WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins faces former Shield teammate Dean Ambrose at this week's WWE SmackDown tapings.

WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins has defeated Dean Ambrose at this week's WWE SmackDown tapings.

Ambrose also suffered a post-match attack from Rollins and J & J Security before Roman Reigns made the save.

Elsewhere on the show, which will air on Sky Sports on Thursday night, Reigns earned a count-out win over Kane, while Ryback overcame Luke Harper before being attacked by Bray Wyatt.

Damien Sandow scored an easy triumph over Curtis Axel and The New Day retained their WWE tag-team titles despite losing by disqualification to Cesaro and Tyson Kidd.

CYCLING
· Lizzie Deignan is among the Team GB team looking for success in the women's road race (5am-9.30am)

TENNIS
· Reigning two-time Olympic champion Andy Murray starts his title defence against Canadian hotshot Felix Auger-Aliassime (7am approx.)
