WWE 'SmackDown' spoilers: Chris Jericho returns

Chris Jericho has returned to WWE at this week's SmackDown tapings in Liverpool to host a special edition of 'The Highlight Reel'.

The former world champion went on hiatus from the company two months ago but he made a guest appearance on Merseyside to quiz The Authority about their upcoming Survivor Series bout with Team Cena.

Elsewhere on the show, which will be aired on Sky Sports on Friday night, Ryback earned a disqualification win over Kane after being hit by a chair, while Dolph Ziggler successfully defended his Intercontinental title against Tyson Kidd and Cesaro.

Bray Wyatt easily defeated Sin Cara before escaping an attack from Dean Ambrose, while Goldust and Stardust capitalised on a disagreement between Adam Rose and The Bunny to earn a pinfall win.
