Fandango: 'It's time to get serious'

WWE star Fandango has stated his intention to 'get serious' once WrestleMania XXX is over.

The wrestler, whose real name is Chris Hussey, uses a ballroom dancer gimmick alongside manager Summer Rae, and while the character is popular among the fans, the grappler wants to take realism aspect up a notch once the pay-per-view event ends next month.

He told the Liverpool Echo: "I think when we're done with the [WrestleMania] programme with [Santino Marella and Emma] it's time to maybe get a little more serious.

"Maybe evolve the [Fandango] character a bit, and set my sights on Big E for an Intercontinental Championship run."

Fandango made his in-ring debut at last year's WrestleMania with a victory over Chris Jericho.
