Great Britain's Gemma Almond qualifies for women's S10 100m butterfly final

Britain's Gemma Almond just booked a spot in the women's S10 100m butterfly final this morning, qualifying in eight place.

Almond came home in 1:14.07 to finish fourth in the first heat.

In the second heat Australia's Sophie Pascoe swam 1:04.97 to set a new world record, with Nina Ryabov of Russia in second and American Anna Eames in third.

South Africa's Shireen Sapiro did not start in heat two.

The final is at 5.37pm this evening.
