Heather Frederiksen happy with silver

Heather Frederiksen is delighted with her silver medal in the S8 100m freestyle.

ParalympicsGB's Heather Frederiksen has revealed that she is delighted with her silver medal in the S8 100m freestyle this evening.

Frederiksen, who was some way behind winner Jessica Long of the United States, was also pleased with her overall performance of three medals.

"I'm definitely [happy with the result]," Frederiksen said. "Jess is a really tough competitor. Obviously I knew it was going to be hard but I'm really pleased with how I've done.

"I can't complain, I've got three medals and that's good."

Great Britain this evening surpassed their 103-medal target for the Games.
