Mark Selby secured his place in the final of the UK Championship with a win over Mark Davis yesterday.
The new world number one recorded a comfortable 9-4 win over Davis in the semis. He now faces Shaun Murphy, who fought back to beat Ali Carter, in the final of the tournament this afternoon.
