Hulk's sister kidnapped in Brazil

The sister of Zenit St Petersburg striker Hulk has been kidnapped in Brazil.

The Centre for Police Operations in Campina Grande has confirmed that the incident occurred at 2pm local time, but has not revealed how many people were involved.

Angelica Aparecida Vieira was outside the restaurant where she works as a nutritionist on Monday in Campina Grande when she was kidnapped.

Restaurant manager Helio da Silva, who saw the incident, said that the 22-year-old was taken from her own car into that of the kidnappers.

Da Silva was treated in hospital for shock following the kidnapping but has since been released.
