Watch American Olympic gold medallist Ryan Lochte predict a win for American college football side Auburn on ESPN's College GameDay, despite the team not even playing.

American Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte made an embarrassing mistake while sitting on the panel for ESPN's College GameDay over the weekend by predicting a victory for Auburn, who weren't even playing.

The 28-year-old gold medallist was the 'celebrity picker' on the show and when he was asked by Chris Fowler who he thought would win between Louisiana State University and Texas A&M, Lochte responded with Auburn.
