Video: Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova take part in emoji challenge

Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova joined a number of their fellow female tennis stars to take part in an emoji challenge.

The players, who are currently competing at the Italian Open in Rome, were asked to replicate 17 different emojis that people regularly use on their smartphones.

Fellow top-10 players Caroline Wozniacki, Ana Ivanovic, Simona Halep and Eugenie Bouchard also took part in the challenge.
