Premier League launches anti-touting campaign

The Premier League has launched a campaign warning supporters about ticket touting.

The league has enlisted the help of magician Ben Hanlin, who recently performed tricks on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday pundits Jeff Stelling, Paul Merson, Phil Thompson, Matt Le Tissier and Charlie Nicholas.

The campaign aims to stamp out touting, which continues to be a problem in top-flight football as 25,000 fake Manchester United tickets with an advertised value totalling £8m were put on sale by unauthorised websites last season.
