Froome 'to make £5m from TdF win'

Tour de France winner Chris Froome has reportedly been tipped to make around £5m in sponsorship deals following his victory in Paris.

The Kenya-born rider took the crown from Sir Bradley Wiggins following the 2,000-mile course in the 100th edition of the elite race.

Experts are backing Froome to make millions from his triumph, allowing him to dominate the sport for the next few years, according to the Daily Star.

Reports have also claimed that Froome will write an autobiography.
