Southampton announce partnership with Adidas

Southampton have announced that global sports brand Adidas has become the club's official kit suppliers.

The former Championship outfit, who managed to retain their Premier League status this season, were in the hunt for a new supplier due to their current Umbro deal expiring this summer.

A statement on the club's official website said: "Southampton Football Club is delighted to announce that adidas will become its official technical supplier from this summer."

Adidas will produce the club's kit, as well as the players' training wear.
