Real Madrid reportedly open talks with global soft drinks brand Coca-Cola regarding naming rights for the Bernabeu stadium.

Real Madrid are reportedly in talks with global soft drinks brand Coca-Cola regarding naming rights for the Bernabeu stadium.

The Spanish giants are said to have also held discussions with Microsoft in November last year.

However, it has emerged that Coca-Cola's offer of around £66m per year has gazumped Microsoft's bid for the 85,454-seater stadium, according to Spanish newspapers El Mundo Deportivo and Sport.

Refurbishment of the Bernabeu is believed to carry a cost of around £375m.
