Serena Williams pokes fun at herself in tennis advert

World number one tennis player Serena Williams poked fun at herself while filming a commercial for Wilson Tennis TV.

The US pro, who boycotted last week's Indian Wells Masters in California, took to the court wearing a purple tennis top and skirt, with a sun hat and geeky glasses.

During filming, it appears that Williams's Belarusian counterpart Victoria Azarenka spotted the 31-year-old as she tweeted: "All good Serena :)".

Williams replied: "omg do u hear my convo?? Lol I'm soooo embarrassed even more now! Lol hahaha tell me u were laughing!!!! @WilsonTennis #setfun."

Williams is in Coral Gables for the Miami Masters.
