Bradley Wiggins to play guitar on Paul Weller song?

Wiggins to record song with Weller?

Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins will reportedly record a song with former The Jam frontman Paul Weller.

The 32-year-old cyclist, who is known for his mod style, is believed to have been chosen to play guitar on a remake of The Jam's single 'Window Shopping', which was released last year.

"It's all incredibly exciting and has been in the pipeline for some time," The Mirror quotes a source as saying.

"Everything has finally been signed off though, and a date set for mid-February. Bradley is due on a training camp abroad on the afternoon of the session, so he is doing his bit first thing."

Bassist Bruce Foxton, guitarist Steve Cropper and lead singer of From The Jam, Russell Hastings, will join Weller and Wiggins on the track.
