Lee Westwood's 12-year-old son Samuel turns photographer while walking around the Muirfield course with his father ahead of The Open.

The son of former world number one golfer Lee Westwood acted as a photographer during his father's practice round ahead of the Open Championship.

The 40-year-old took to the Muirfield course yesterday ahead of the start of the tournament on Thursday with his 12-year-old son Samuel in tow.

During the round, the youngster continued to take photographs while Westwood stopped every so often to sign autographs for fans, according to the Daily Mail.

Westwood will tee off alongside Charl Schwartzel and Sergio Garcia in the opening round.
