Referee Howard Webb 'dropped from after-dinner circuit'

Premier League referee Howard Webb is reportedly dropped from an after-dinner circuit that advertised his fee ranging from £2,000 to £4,000.

English Premier League referee Howard Webb appears to have been dealt a blow in his off-field commitments after he was reportedly dropped from an after-dinner circuit.

The 42-year-old has come under criticism for failing to award a penalty to Liverpool striker Luis Suarez during their 2-1 defeat to Arsenal in the FA Cup fifth round on Sunday.

According to the Huffington Post, Webb's ad has been removed from website comedians.co.uk, which is an agency representing a number of people from the sport and entertainment industry.

Webb's fee for after-dinner speeches was advertised on the website ranging from £2,000 to £4,000.
