Tom Daley's life immortalised in comic strip

British diver Tom Daley's life story has been immortalised in a comic strip.

The 19-year-old rose to fame after picking up a bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games, resulting in a stint on reality television show Splash!.

Publishers Bluewater have described the comic as an "inspiring story" as it tells how Daley entered the spotlight, and how he coped with the death of his father in 2011, according to the Daily Star.

Daley is pictured on the front cover in a he-man pose, holding a Union flag.
