Mike Tindall, Zara Phillips name baby daughter Mia

Former England rugby captain Mike Tindall and wife Zara Phillips have announced the name of their baby daughter.

Phillips, who is the Queen's granddaughter, and her husband opted to shy away from traditional royal names to pick Mia.

The couple became parents for the first time last Friday after Phillips gave birth at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

Almost one week later, Tindall revealed that name of their daughter by writing on Twitter: "For everyone who has asked what our daughter's name, it's Mia Grace Tindall."

The couple's child is 16th in line to the throne.
