Louis Smith to appear on 'Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model'

Olympic gymnast Louis Smith will appear on the new series of Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model.

The 24-year-old has been open about his desire to get into fashion following his medal success at the London Olympic Games last summer.

While Smith will not join the judging panel made up of Elle Macpherson, Tyson Beckford and Dannii Minogue, he will help the contestants in a high-fashion gymnastics challenge.

Smith is no stranger to reality TV shows as he won BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing last year.
