Thailand network 'pay £200m for Premier League viewing rights'

PL 'secure £200m TV deal'

The Premier League have reportedly agreed a £200m TV rights deal with a network in Thailand.

Cable network CTH are believed to have secured the right to broadcast live action from next season's campaign in the English league, which is thought to be worth seven times more than the current agreement, according to the Daily Mail.

The figures are likely to reach up to the £5 billion region, which was set as a target by Sports Agenda.

Last season's deal was thought to be worth around £30m.
