Pendleton nominated for 'Bookie Prize'

Olympic cycling gold medallist Victoria Pendleton has been nominated for the William Hill Sports Book of the Year Award for her autobiography Between The Lines.

Duncan Hamilton – a two-time winner - has also been longlisted for his book The Footballer Who Could Fly and could become the first writer to claim three awards should he win.

Comedian Miles Jupp made the list for Fibber in the Heat and Jonny Wilkinson's autobiography has also been included.

The shortlist will be announced on October 26 with the overall winner to be announced on November 26.
