Victoria Pendleton "sad" about her changing figure on 'Strictly Come Dancing'

Pendleton feels "unfit" on 'Strictly'

Olympic gold medallist Victoria Pendleton has admitted that she feels "unfit" after switching her cycling training to rehearsing for Strictly Come Dancing.

The 32-year-old signed on to BBC One's reality show after her success in the velodrome at the London Games in the summer, but Pendleton has revealed that she is unhappy with her body.

"When I look down at my legs now I feel very sad about it," Pendleton told New magazine. "I put in all those hours to get them bigger and now they're shrinking in front of my eyes. I feel the most unfit I've felt in my entire life."

Meanwhile, Pendleton, who retired from cycling after the Olympics, is due to marry her fiance Scott Gardner next year.
