Ronnie O'Sullivan confirmed as Deeping Rangers FC sponsor

Five-time snooker world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has agreed a deal to sponsor Deeping Rangers FC, according to the Spalding Guardian.

O'Sullivan, 38, will sponsor the Under-10s side after hearing of Deeping's commitment to youth football from a friend of his manager Sonny Nath.

The deal will see O'Sullivan provide the junior side with training jackets bearing his logo.

Deeping's Under-10 side enjoyed a successful 2013-14 season, which is restricted under Football Association rules to two competitive events per season, winning the Northern Silver Trophy event and reaching the semi-finals of the Hereward Cup.
