Team GB hockey player Hannah Macleod has revealed that she has been searching through online auction website eBay to try to find her stolen bronze medal.

The 28-year-old and rower Alex Partridge are believed to have had their medals snatched while partying in Mayfair following their reception at Buckingham Palace.

"I want it back so much," Macleod told The Sun. "I had a look on eBay in case it ends up there. I've hardly slept since. I've just been standing by the phone, waiting for news."

Scotland Yard released a 31-year-old man on bail last night after being questioned during the day.
