NFL star Warren Sapp's '213 pairs of trainers bought in bankruptcy auction'

NFL star Warren Sapp has reportedly sold 213 pairs of trainers in a bankruptcy auction.

The 40-year-old's shoe collection is believed to have been seized by a trustee after Sapp filed for bankruptcy last year due to millions of dollars' worth of debt.

It is understood that one man from Connecticut bought every single pair available in the auction for around £4,095, according to TMZ.

Sapp was given the option to buy back some of his assets.
