Gary, Phil Neville's father allegedly 'lunged' at woman in sexual assault

Neville 'lunged at woman in sex assault'

The father of former Manchester United players Gary and Phil Neville allegedly 'lunged' at a woman before sexually assaulting her in a car, a court has heard.

Prosecutors told the jury at Bolton Crown Court this week that Neville Neville forced his hands up the woman's top and down her trousers after she offered to give him a lift home following a night out.

The 63-year-old has not denied that the incident on March 23 occurred, but has maintained that it was consensual, which the unnamed woman has refuted, according to the Daily Star.

Reports have claimed that brothers Gary and Phil were in the public gallery as the case was outlined.
