Andy Murray reportedly orders a £30 sushi takeaway after every game in order to help muscle recovery.

Andy Murray reportedly orders sushi after every single tennis match as part of his recovery.

The Scotsman, who will face Jerzy Janowicz in the Wimbledon semi-finals tomorrow, is believed to order 30 tuna and avocado rolls as part of his post-game ritual.

The British number one is said to eat the entire £30 takeaway himself as it contains a mixture of protein and carbohydrates to help muscle recovery, according to the Daily Mail.

Murray secured a place in the final four by defeating Fernando Verdasco in five sets yesterday.
