Floyd Mayweather Jr's father weighs in on son's feud with rapper 50 Cent

Floyd Mayweather Jr's father gets involved in his son's feud with rapper 50 Cent by calling on the pair to go toe to toe in the boxing ring.

Floyd Mayweather Jr's father has given his thoughts on the feud between his boxer son and rapper 50 Cent by encouraging the two to meet in the ring.

The pair have not seen eye-to-eye for some time, with 50 Cent constantly mocking the pound for pound fighter, suggesting that the American cannot read.

In response to suggestions that the pair should go toe to toe in the ring, Mayweather's father told Fox Sports 670 Las Vegas: "He weighs over 100 pounds more than Floyd. Let him go up against Floyd - put that on video. Floyd would stop all that. Wouldn't be no more said."

Mayweather responded to 50 Cent's jibes by posting images of his jewellery and luxury car collection on Instagram to show off his wealth.
