Wladimir Klitschko's fiancee Hayden Panettiere has revealed that the couple are expecting their first child together - a baby girl.

The American actress displayed her baby bump on the red carpet of the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Monday.

While speaking to E! News, Panettiere said: "I'm thrilled! I can't wait for her to come out!"

The couple, who first began dating back in 2009, have been engaged for over a year after they rekindled their relationship in 2011 following a brief split.
