The 27-year-old is thought to have reconciled his relationship with the former Heroes star following numerous public outings with the actress over the past two months.

While the alleged engagement is believed to have been kept secret, reports in the US have claimed that the couple are planning to marry this summer, according to Glamour magazine.

The pair, who split up in 2011, have not confirmed whether they have begun dating again.
