British super-middleweight George Groves suffers a minor head injury at his training camp, but it is not likely to affect his upcoming fight against Badou Jack.

George Groves has suffered a minor head injury during a boating accident at his training camp.

The British super-middleweight is said to be recovering well, and it is not likely to have an impact on his upcoming fight against Badou Jack.


Groves is scheduled to face Jack for the WBC title in Las Vegas on August 22.
