England football legend Paul Gascoigne reportedly turns to God when his life takes a bad turn.

The 48-year-old has been dealing with alcohol addiction for the best part of his adult life.

According to the Daily Star, after numerous stints in rehab facilities throughout the years, Gascoigne now prays to God when he fears that he may suffer a lapse in sobriety.

Gascoigne, a film focusing on the retired footballer's career, premiered last month.
