Manchester United legend Eric Cantona has begun filming scenes for his new film Anka The Brazilian in Croatia.
The 49-year-old has been a prominent figure in the film industry, having featured in 15 movies since retiring from football in 1997.
This time, the Frenchman, who won four league titles and two FA Cups while at Old Trafford, is playing a character in a picture based on the popular children's book written by Mate Lovrak.
Cantona was photographed filming scenes in the Croatian town of Tepljuh, with director Dejan Acimovic looking on.
The film is due to be released later this year.
