Diego Maradona undergoes facelift to help him look younger?

Argentina football legend Diego Maradona has reportedly had a facelift in a bid to make him look younger.

The 54-year-old, who won the World Cup with his country in 1986, is believed to have had surgery in Dubai, with his 24-year-old girlfriend Rocio Oliva by his side.

According to Primicias Ya, Maradona, who suffered from drug problems in the past, had the bags removed from under his eyes in order to 'refresh' his face.

The retired footballer's relationship with Oliva remains intact, despite allegations of domestic violence back in October last year.
