Diddy bets Mark Wahlberg $250,000 Floyd Mayweather Jr will beat Manny Pacquiao

American rapper Diddy has bet actor Mark Wahlberg a quarter of a million dollars that Floyd Mayweather Jr will extend his unbeaten record to 48 fights when he takes on Manny Pacquiao this Saturday.

The fight, which is being dubbed the biggest and richest of the century, will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Mayweather is favourite to win, but Wahlberg, who was pictured with Pacquiao during a training session recently, is backing the Filipino.

In a video uploaded to Diddy's Instagram page, the pair shake hands on a $250,000 (£163,570) bet for the fight.
