Nancy Dell'Olio: 'Sven-Goran Eriksson would be jealous of my flirting'

Sven-Goran Eriksson's ex-girlfriend Nancy Dell'Olio has revealed that the former England manager was "possessive" during their relationship.

The Swede admitted in his new autobiography that he had two affairs during his nine-year romance with Dell'Olio.

"Sven was very jealous," the Daily Mail quotes Eriksson as saying. "If I was flirting or someone flirted with me, he would say nothing at the time, but he would be furious.

"And the worst thing is to be jealous. To be jealous is to be possessive, to try to control someone you think belongs to you."

Dell'Olio recently revealed that she is taking legal action against the book's publishers.
