Olympic diver Tom Daley plays goalkeeper in Under-11 team

Daley goes in goal for Under-11 team

Olympic bronze medallist Tom Daley switched roles for an afternoon when he became goalkeeper for an Under-11s football team.

The 18-year-old joined the Southside Thunder team for a training session after Caroline Wright, whose son Sion plays for the team, won a competition run by Nestle on Facebook.

"The kids had an absolutely amazing time and I am sure they will never forget it," Wright told MKNews.

Daley attended the session at Fulbrook Middle School in Woburn Sands.
