Channel 5 has confirmed that their new 90-minute Football League highlights show, titled Football League Tonight, will air at 9pm on Saturday nights.
The move sees action from the Championship and Leagues One and Two move to a slot around three hours earlier than it previously had on BBC One after Match Of The Day.
"The 9pm slot finally gives the Sky Bet Football League the coverage and respect the fans deserve on terrestrial television," said Channel 5 executive producer Mark Sharman.
The first show will air on Saturday, August 8.
